Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns within seven days of your order being marked as delivered. After this time period, I will no longer be able to accept returns. For those with extended open box orders, all return requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
All returns must be approved prior to being mailed back. We have a right to refuse returns due to quality, availability, clearance and sale items, condition, or any factor that may prevent our ability to re-sell the product.

If a return or exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping out the exchanged items (if applicable). We are not able to refund shipping on returned orders. All items must be returned safely in their original condition to receive your refund, so please make sure to package them well. Items that arrive damaged will be rejected.

I must receive the items being returned before I can issue a refund. Please ship all exchanged items with tracking and in packaging equivalent to what it was shipped in. If you do not and the items become lost, stolen or damaged in the mail, I will be unable to complete the return.

Once your returned items have arrived, please give me 1-2 business days to inspect your order. If the items were returned in their original condition and were approved for a refund, you will receive a refund within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 weeks for a return to show on some bank statements.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Gift cards, clearance and close-out items, mystery boxes, items acquired from an auction or special event, Deal or No Deal, bead soup/crystal confetti, pre-orders, made to order jewelry, perfumes, and items won during a giveaway or event.

Please note that I do my best to provide accurate representations of all of my products. The majority of my items are photographed outside in natural lighting or in a photo box. I generally include a coin for a size reference as well as the measurements. Some listings will include a photo of the item in my hand for scale purposes. If you need further information regarding sizing, please contact me prior to purchasing so I may answer your questions or take new photos. Please note that due to different monitor and phone settings, colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen you are using.
